i had such a great day on saturday. i had a loooong breakfast with erin at our favorite place (jammin bread), went to a movie with ashley and my mom, helped ash shop for some clothes for her upcoming trip, and my mom took us to cheesecake factory for dinner. the service was terrible. we kept having to flag people down to get our drinks and take our order. we left with no idea who our actual server was. but here is the worst part: i’m eating my delicious salad when all of a sudden a pincher bug aka earwig crawled out from under my lettuce. so gross! i yelled “oh my lord” and flagged someone down while trying not to barf. not many things gross me out but i’m not a fan of bugs and the fact that it was in my food at a restaurant made my stomach churn. we got some of our bill comped and a piece of delicious red velvet cheesecake out of it, but i still don’t feel like they took care of us enough. i’m not sure when/if i will ever eat there again. i’ve checked every bite of salad since for little critters : )
